All services rendered are billed on an hourly basis,
unless a Retainer Package is purchased. Retainer Packages are more economical if services require more than 5 hours time.
Single hourly rates are not payable in advance and are billed upon project completion. Minimum charge is 1 hour, billed in
one-minute increments beyond first hour. Pay-As-You-Go option is great for customers not sure of how many hours are required
for given project. |

Five-Hour Retainer Package This package is for those clients who require
5-10 service hours to meet their needs. These clients retain guaranteed time, at a reduced rate, paid in advance every
month, for the length of the partnership. Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate; unused hours will roll over
to the next month for a maximum accrual of 3 hours. The 5-Hour Retainer Rate is billed in one-minute increments,
with a 5-hour minimum paid in advance every month.

Ten-Hour Retainer Package This is the lowest rate available to
those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and require a minimum of 10 hours each month. These clients retain
guaranteed time, paid in advance every month, for the length of the partnership. Additional hours are billed at the same retainer
rate; unused hours will roll over to the next month for a maximum accrual of 3 hours. The 10-Hour Retainer Rate is billed
in one-minute increments, with a ten-hour minimum paid in advance every month.
